I’m so glad you stopped by.
As you are probably well aware of, there are a lot of misconceptions about food out there. It seems like everyone has a different opinion on what's good and what’s bad… and it can all be very confusing.
My goal with this project is to help change that.
The Book of Nutrition is based on the idea that all foods fit in a healthy & fulfilling lifestyle. I believe that everyone deserves to eat and nourish themselves, and my hope is that you can come to believe this too (if you don’t already), for yourself and others.
I also strongly believe in the importance of a supportive and encouraging environment, and everything I create on this site will be reflective of that belief.
My hope is that you can start seeing food as your ally and not your enemy.
